Terms of Service

By creating a Qenvario account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter into an agreement where you live.

Qenvario provides public business profiles, QR menus, links, analytics, contact requests, and related management tools. We may improve, change, or temporarily limit features for operational or security reasons.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorized use to support@qenvario.com.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish your profiles, menus, images, links, and other content. You retain ownership and give us the limited permission required to host, display, process, and back up that content as part of the service.

As the business account owner, you are responsible for lawfully processing customer information collected through your contact forms, including any notices or consent required in your jurisdiction.

• Illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
• Content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Spam, fabricated traffic, automated abuse, or security testing
• Unauthorized access to the service, accounts, or infrastructure
• Malware distribution or interference with service operation

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when these rules are violated.

Current free and paid plan features are shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless stated otherwise. Paddle processes payments and taxes as Merchant of Record. Paddle's billing, cancellation, and refund terms shown at purchase also apply.

You can cancel in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. When a paid plan ends, the account returns to the free plan; content is retained but paid features may be limited. Refund rights required by law or provided by the payment provider remain unaffected.

Paddle buyer terms

We work toward high availability but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently compatible service. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary interruption.

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Qenvario is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Qenvario during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

You can delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or close an account for serious violations of these terms or security rules. Account deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. If the terms change materially, we will update the date above and provide an in-service notice where appropriate.
